If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date and you’ll be refunded the full price you paid for the item, with nothing held back for restocking. Please review the return instructions below to ensure your return is processed correctly.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom and built-to-order items
• Floor models, Open Box, and Clearance Items
• Items discontinued by the manufacturer after the date of purchase
• Single fixture over $2,000 of original price.
• Orders with items in quantities of 3 or more units.
• Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way (including cut, clipped or stripped wires)
• Items not in resalable condition or items missing the original packaging and box
• Items not purchased from FoundryLighting.com
• Items not purchased by the original customer (we require the original purchase receipt)
• Items over 30 days of delivery

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

The original packing slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges in the original packaging. We only accept returns or exchanges with the original packing slip or the original packaging.

Returns are done in 3 easy steps.

1. Request Authorization: To initiate a return, please email customercare@foundrylighting.com or reply directly to your order confirmation email. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return to request a Return Authorization.
2. Return Instructions: A Customer Care Representative will review your order and create a return case, answering any questions you may have by email.
3. Pack & Ship: Once a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number has been issued, you are ready to ship the item(s) back.

• Please ensure the item is well packed in its original packaging. Other than the return label, please do not write or mark on the box in any way.
• Damages caused by inappropriate packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We understand that, on occasion, a product may have a manufacturer’s defect. Any qualifying defective item purchased from Foundry Lighting and reported within 30 days of purchase may be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.

To report a defective item, please email customercare@foundrylighting.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Once your claim is received, a Claims Specialist will contact you within 2 business days.

NO RESTOCKING FEES

We don’t charge a restocking fee on any return. You’re responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost. Once your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse, we’ll email you to confirm your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days after we receive your products for the credit to appear with your payment provider.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused, the order is returned to us and handled like any other return. There is no restocking fee; the original shipping and the cost of shipping the package back to our facility are deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless the item is a custom or special order. If an order has already shipped—even if it is within the 24-hour window—it cannot be canceled and will be processed as a return. Any cancellation fees charged by the manufacturer are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from any refund.

To request an order cancellation, please email customercare@foundrylighting.com or reply directly to your order confirmation email with your order number.

Please note that once an order has shipped and is in transit from its original location, it cannot be rerouted, redirected, or canceled. If you would like to return the item, please email customercare@foundrylighting.com or reply to your order confirmation email to request a return. Return instructions will be provided within two business days.

We may cancel orders for any reason. Some everyday situations in which orders are canceled may include the item being out of stock, there being no plans to restock it, pricing errors, or credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be issued to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. You’ll be credited for the full cost of the item and applicable taxes, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
