Our members get free shipping on all purchases shipping to most addresses in the continental U.S.

Where we ship: We can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.

Hawaii & Alaska: Shipping to the state of Hawaii or Alaska incurs an additional fee.


We offer shipping to countries outside of the United States. For these orders, please inquire for the shipping quote via email or phone.

All orders outside the continental United States are considered final purchase unless it's a manufacturer defect.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and taxes.

Customers will be responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate.

From us to you: Your purchases may depart from various locations and may arrive to you in multiple packages. Delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are listed for each product.

Keeping you informed: You will receive email and if you wish, SMS text message notification regarding your order status and shipping confirmation. Each package will have a tracking number for your convenience.

  • Lead time: The time between placing and receiving the order if the product is out of stock. The time are estimates only. Your order may arrive earlier.
  • Shipping Cost: If applicable, the shipping cost will be displayed. We provide free shipping for most of our fixtures. We do our best to coordinate delivery and a restocking fee will apply if you are not available to receive your order.

How To Track Your Order

There are two ways to track your order.

  1. Log in to your account and go to your Order History. Then click on the "Track Your Package" link.
  2. The shipping confirmation email you received contains your tracking number. Simply click on the "Track Package" link in the email to track the status of your shipment.

Please note that orders shipped in multiple packages will have multiple tracking numbers - just check each shipping confirmation email you receive to find them!
