RETURN POLICY

Easy Returns

You have 30 days to decide if you selected the perfect item.

If eligible, item(s) may be returned for a refund or exchange 30 days from the date shipped.

Foundry Lighting will refund any item, provided that the item has not been damaged or altered and that all labels and tags are attached.

All customized or final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for manufacturer defects.

How do I return an item?

The original packing slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges in the original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip or without the original packaging. We will provide you an RMA number and ship to address once your request has been approved. Item must be uninstalled and in new condition.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipment fees. Damages caused by inappropriate packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee (if applicable). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 20% of the original price will be collected on return of any item that is not marked as "Free-Restock". Since our number one goal is to make you a happy, trusting, and returning customer, we will gladly waive or reduce any restocking fees for customers who purchase another item from the same vendor of equal or greater value. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, by educating our consumers prior to the purchase.

Refused Packages

An order that is refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get back to our facility. All orders refused will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the return label. Read the delivery note that comes with your package for more information.

We do not accept exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Foundry Lighting may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
